End of week one biggest loser start of 2

I lost 4 lbs this past week. It don't help that I had DQ on Saturday. I feel lighter and overall better. I was sore last week from my starting lifting weights again. Today in plan on putting together a game plan for my workouts. I plan on pulling from different styles of work outs. Mainly biking/running weight training, p-90x and boxing cardio/conditioning. Add to this my heathy eating and plenty of sleep and I should be in great shape by June.
The juicing excellent. I am becoming a stronger runner. Hopefully I can run 10 plus k without getting an asthma problem. I'll try to post pictures of my progress, workouts and favorite juices.

  1. Brad! I think it is so great that you are doing this!! I really applaud you for doing it in such a public fashion too!
    Winston and I are on a similar journey to lose weight and get healthy. We started doing Crossfit about 3 weeks ago and I hear you about being tired! I attribute it to the new levels of activity and muscle recovery.
    We love juicing too, but can't do it as often as we like due to it being SO expensive! We actually switched out eating to a more paleo/primal diet and LOVE it!

    It's a great website to help you track your food and your workouts/calories burned. Not only that, but it will help you make sure you are getting enough macro-nutrients too! Look me up on there if you join: par8hed4life

  2. I lost the address to your blog until tonight, so I just read all your posts. I really like the one where you dare us to send you Five guys gift cards! What a great idea.....but we are having a friendly competition, right? You are doing great. I had a rough dieting day. Hopefully I will be a better girl tomorrow.
