I did not lose much weight this week. Only a pound. So I going to up my fat burning workouts. Today I did 2 miles on the elliptical that can be like a stair steper. I burned 560 calories. I tryed to keep my heart rate between 125-140 bpm. I was not hard physically but hard to control heart rate. This is apparently the best heart rate to burn fat. I think I am going to start riding my bike at night or in am. I need it to warm up a few more degrees in the morning before i ride. I like how I feel by drinking 140 oz of water every day. It helps to keep the mind fresh. Life is generally good!!!!!

Good for you Brad! Keep it up and remember that the scale isn't and shouldn't be your only tool you use to measure weight loss... take measurements and photos too! Sometimes the scale doesn't move, but your waistline still is!
ReplyDeleteAlso, have you considered any weight lifting? I only mention it because muscle burns fat. If you are only doing cardio, you could be losing muscle too.
