Recent pictures

This is at night after a burger. And only a slight pump from weights. So it's not my best but close to my worst. It's mostly Motivation to stop eating like a fat person and become lean and mean

  1. Just know that what you do today will not show up for at least 2 weeks.
    Be strong. That wonderful taste in your mouth is temporary... the feeling of guilt and disappointment in yourself lasts much longer.
    Besides, you have a competition to win!!!
